What is Innate immunity?
The natural defence mechanism known as innate immunity reacts in three days to threats such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi. After then, the acquired immune system starts to work.
Your immune system can react to thoughts in addition to infections. Your neurological system may cause a fight, flight, or freeze reaction depending on how you are feeling. Your body’s endocrine system may also be impacted, which can result in hormone imbalances and symptoms like headaches, weight gain or loss, and infertility problems.
How to help your immune system?
Every illness triggers a different reaction in every person. The advice given below will assist you in strengthening your immune system so that it can function at its best:
- Think about how you are affected by your thoughts on a daily basis.
- Determine which acquired immune pattern you are employing. With the use of our immune system identification service, we can assist you in this. We determine your immune system type as part of this service, and we then give you a list of foods and exercises that are specifically beneficial to help build and improve your particular immune system as well as a comprehensive list of foods and exercises that are harmful to your immune type and that you should avoid.
Even while your innate immune system already possesses the required abilities, it still needs to be nurtured and cared for.
